Returns & Refunds

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@usepopsy.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where reasonably appropriate.

After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Unopened, non-customized products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@usepopsy.com first and we will send return instructions.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used products that are not defective are generally not eligible for return.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Customized products are final sale, except where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.

Exchanges are considered case by case. Contact support@usepopsy.com and we will let you know whether an exchange is available for your order.

Verjo covers reasonable return shipping where a product is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we tell you otherwise.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 business days after approval for Verjo to process the refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where a return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
