Popsy is operated by Verjo, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

In these Terms, “Verjo,” “Popsy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Verjo, Inc., as applicable.

Purchases through our website are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website to engage in fraudulent transactions, interfere with website operation or security, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access to systems or information, or use automated tools to scrape or misuse the website in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Product prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to reject or cancel orders because of product availability, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or listing errors, quantity limitations, or other legitimate reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through third party payment providers.

By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable charges shown at checkout. If payment is declined or cannot be completed, your order may not be processed.

At launch, Popsy products are available for shipment within the United States.

Orders are generally processed promptly. Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping may be delayed because of carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Our return and refund practices are described in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may qualify for replacement or refund in accordance with that policy.

Because Popsy is a handheld product intended for repeated personal or professional use, different return conditions may apply to opened or used products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Consumer orders are intended for ordinary individual purchases.

For larger orders, or for hospital, health system, school, pharmacy, employer, distributor, or other institutional purchases, please contact verjo@usepopsy.com.

Institutional and bulk purchases may be subject to separate pricing, quotations, purchase orders, agreements, shipping arrangements, or terms.

Popsy is a handheld packaging opening aid designed to assist with opening compatible medication packaging and other compatible small healthcare packaging.

Use Popsy only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions and safety information provided with the product.

Popsy does not replace professional judgment, medication administration procedures, infection prevention requirements, or workplace policies.

Healthcare professionals should follow all applicable employer, facility, medication handling, and clinical policies.

Popsy incorporates a functional piercing and cutting feature. Handle it carefully and use it only as directed.

Keep Popsy away from children.

Inspect the product periodically and discontinue use if it is damaged, cracked, excessively worn, or otherwise unsafe to use.

Clean Popsy according to the cleaning instructions supplied with the product.

Healthcare professionals should follow their employer's infection prevention, medication handling, and equipment policies, including any restrictions applicable to isolation environments.

Purchasing or possessing Popsy does not supersede the policies of any hospital, clinic, pharmacy, school, employer, health system, or other institution.

Healthcare professionals remain responsible for complying with applicable professional requirements and facility procedures.

A person placing an order on behalf of an organization represents that they have appropriate authority to do so.

Popsy is a handheld medication packaging opening aid.

We make reasonable efforts to display Popsy accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on screens, photography, lighting, and other factors.

Minor manufacturing variations may occur. Product specifications, packaging, and features may evolve as the product is improved, subject to applicable obligations.

The Popsy name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, text, and other materials may be protected by trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property laws.

Verjo owns or licenses intellectual property associated with Popsy and its commercialization.

Certain patent rights associated with Popsy are owned by The Regents of the University of California and exclusively licensed to Verjo, Inc.

Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use Verjo's or its licensors' intellectual property except as expressly authorized.

If you voluntarily submit product feedback, reviews, testimonials, photographs, or other content, we may ask for permission to use that content in connection with Popsy's business, marketing, product development, or promotional activities.

Submitting feedback does not automatically transfer ownership of all materials you provide to Verjo.

Our website may rely on third party providers for services including payment processing, ecommerce, shipping, analytics, communications, and other functionality.

The website may also link to third party websites, including press or media coverage. We do not control third party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Any warranty disclaimer will be subject to rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
